What we did
We are now at practical completion for our project Bouverie Place. Located in Folkestone this office building underwent a fitout process with a BREEAM refurbishment and will be delivered with BREEAM rating of 'Very Good', only the externals left to finish. We provided Thermal Modelling to establish the heating and cooling loads which is essential to ensure to create a sustainable system, we also carried out a Low Zero Carbon Study (LZC) and produced a building user guide.
