The London Plan

Developing in London?

Although some boroughs may differ, in general, small domestic and all non-domestic developments require a 35% reduction in carbon emissions beyond Part L standards.

The target for major domestic developments is zero carbon. London is trying to lead the way as this represents a greater reduction than is typically required by other local authorities.
