Indoor Air Quality Plan
For this office refurbishment, we carried out an Indoor Air Quality Plan. Our Indoor Air Quality Plans help to improve the air quality through the design and specification of adequate ventilation, equipment and finishes. For this project we helped to create a healthier, happier and more productive environment for the occupants.
Poor air quality has long been linked to a number of health conditions such as, asthma, coughs, colds, headaches and even heart disease! With the majority of pollution being produced by fossil fuelled vehicles and domestic and commercial heating systems which are in abundance in cities like London, Manchester, Birmingham, etc. It is important to create working and living environments that are designed to reduce the risks associated with toxic air.

Low & Zero Carbon Study
We also provided a Low & Zero Carbon (LZC) Feasibility Study to demonstrate how the client will conserve energy and reduce their Carbon Dioxide emissions. We recommend that use of heat pump system (which uses energy from the environment to generate heat) would help them achieve this.
The client decided to use this method and was able to not only improve the buildings Energy Performance Cerficate (EPC) but it also helped to reduce their Carbon Footprint.
