Aim and Benefits:

The quality of the indoor environment is widely known to impact the health of the inhabitants. A large contributor to that are products used internally such as paints, varnishes and finishes in general which all emit VOC emissions. A BREEAM compliant building will reduce these levels as far as possible to ensure inhabitants have the maximum possible healthy working environment.
